Robert was a native of California, and lived in Vinton for the last 40 years. He attended the Kingdom Hall in Vinton.
Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Sylvia Noble; mother, Joy Perkins of Big Woods; stepchildren, Debra Moffatt and husband Louis of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Shari Duhon and husband Carl of Moss Bluff, and Shannon Monceaux of Davis, Oklahoma; brother, Raymond Stoffell and wife Lisa of California; sisters, Debbie Pfetcher and husband Doug of Vinton, Terri Badgely and husband Fred of Vinton, Jodel Romero and husband Rick of Vinton, and Brenda Billiot and husband John of Vinton; 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 13 nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Waldren Noble, and grandson, Sean Firmin.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, December 23, in Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton. Dave Zoblisien will officiate.
