Sandra Rose Hebert Savoit, 78, of Vinton passed away on May 6, 2026 at Holly Hill House where she served as an LPN for over 20 years. Sandra was born on September 5, 1947 in Camden, Arkansas to Adles and Mildred Hebert.
Sandra enjoyed sewing, cooking, camping, tending to her flowers and plants, and spending her evenings on the back porch next to a cozy fire. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends (mainly Roux), especially summer trips with her grandkids.
Preceding her in death are her son, Scott Savoit; granddaughter, Laura Mitchell; and her parents.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 58 years, Tim Savoit of Vinton; daughter, Michelle Louviere and husband, Blake of Carlyss; grandchildren, Jake Savoit, Brook Mitchell and Emily Savoit; brother, Larry Hebert of New Llano; and her fur baby, Roux.
Cremation has been entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home of Vinton. A Celebration of Sandra's life will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at the funeral home with Father Carlos Garcia officiating. The family will receive friends and family starting at 9am until the time of service.
The family would like to thank the staff and caregivers at Freedom Memory Hospital, High Hope Care Center and Holly Hill House for all of their care and support.
