Vergara; nephew, Isidro G. Vergara; nieces, Maria Rosario G. Vergara and Joan Vergara; nephew, Jonathan Vergara; nieces; Lisa and Arlene Vergara; nephew, Francisco Vergara, Jr., all of the Philippines; sister, Maria Vicenta Vergara; niece, Charmaine Agnes Vergara-Begg both of Australia; brother, Edwardo D. Vergara; niece, Roxanne Vergara and nephew, Robert Vergara, Jr., all of the Philippines. He also has his youngest son, Arsenio Benjamin Vergara of Tijuana, Mexico. He is also goes by the name of Junior. He was born in January of 2004.

The family will receive friends, Thursday, December 13, 2012 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, 4889 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 10:00 AM and officiated by Fr. J. Ven Ilano at Albert G. Horton, Jr., Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 MIlners Road, Suffolk, Virginia 23434 with full Military Honors.
