Bernard was a great guy.  I think of him often.  May his family have peace in knowing he touched so many.

I really miss my friend. I loved Bernard like a brother. When I met him in high school, I wanted to be just like him. I think about him every day. Steve and Nunzia, I think about you guys every day and I feel the loss of your beautiful son everyday.

Saddened by the news of Bernard's passing. We worked together for a short period of time at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital. We stayed keeping each other laughing. He was a cool guy. He will be missed. My condolences to his parents.

Etched in my mind forever will be the evening that Bernie's grandpa Pete presented to Bernie the mandolin once owned by Bernie's great grandpa Cletus. He was like a big brother to Nathanael. They even wear the same cologne. Nathanael has fond memories of Bernard playing guitar, playing computer games and ball together.  He made the best Rueben sandwiches. Bernard was always a pleasure to visit with. He always had such a warm and beautiful smile.  

Again, we are SO sorry for your loss.  We are just across the street if we can ever be of any support.  We are praying for God's comfort during this devastating time.

So sorry for your loss.  May you find peace and comfort in the arms of our Heavenly Father.  I met Bernie a couple of times.  He was very helpful when I lost my cat a couple of years ago.  Very much a gentleman and very much concerned.  I will never forget the Halloween he dressed as a pirate and greeted the kids in the driveway with his pirate speak.  He was a natural!
