Survivors include his wife, Laura Inez Shaw, granddaughter, Patience Lane Hartley who resided with her grandparents, son, Richard Cecil Shaw, daughter, Holly Inez Hartley and three granddaughters, Kiana and Hannah Shaw and Mikayla St. Sing. He will be greatly be missed by all.
A graveside service is pending on Thursday, February 10, 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery, followed by a celebration of life at 1:00 p.m. at Greenbrier Community Church, 825 Greenbrier Pkwy, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
