Virginia Beach - Celia Arletta Connell, 67, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away on December 27, 2023, at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach.
Celia was born on July 30, 1956, to Douglas and Alice Lewis (nee Foster) at Mercy Hospital in Portland, Maine. Celia was a lover of music and enjoyed singing karaoke. She also loved to dance. She loved going on adventures and enjoyed visiting Myrtle Beach with her husband and spending time with her loved ones.
Celia was predeceased by both parents. She is survived by her husband, Timothy Connell; her 5 children, Lori (Chris) Rieley, Elana (James MacLean) Wiles, Alan (Emily) Kamppi, Desiree (Jason) Channell, MaryAlice Connell; her 7 grandchildren, Elijah, Jeremiah, Isabelle, Brayden, Tristian, James, and Haley; her 3 sisters Sandra Clark, LaVaughn Peters, Frances Denbow; as well as numerous brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
