Christopher was born on July 31, 2017 in Portsmouth, Virginia to his loving parents Steven Thomas Shipley and Michelle Lynn Shipley. Also surviving are his grandparents Mark and Paula Crawford, and Tom and Joyce Shipley, Uncle Andrew Shipley, Aunt Kellie Crawford, Aunt Laura Merron and Uncle Sean Merron and Christopher's Cousins Anderson and Reagan.
A Celebration of Christopher’s Life will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2017, 11:00 a.m. at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel.
