Virginia Beach - Daisy N. Gregory, 98, died August 1, 2013 at the Sentara Nursing Center. She was born in Johnston County, NC. She is predeceased by her parents, Robert and Viola Sellers and her husband, Frank Gregory, and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sister, Nan Woodowski of Fayetteville, NC and her god-child, Victoria Morris of Virginia Beach. She was loved and cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family want to thank the staff at Sentara Nursing Center on Newtown Rd in Norfolk for their loving care and help, and the Gentiva Hospice caregivers, and a previous loving and devoted caregiver, Kim Keeling.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 4th at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel byRev. Denise Creech.
