Dawn Marie Detrick, 37, passed away on March 13, 2016. She is survived by her parents, Donald and Karen Detrick; her brother, Chuck Detrick; and her children, Jade, Julian and Isaac. A Celebration of Dawn's life will be held at 12 noon on Friday, March 25, 2016 under the direction of Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, 4889 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach. After the service, the family will continue Dawn's celebration at the VFW, General MacArthur Memorial Post No. 392 at 2408 Bowland Parkway, Virginia Beach, Virginia (757) 486-5875.
