Born on June 3, 1940, Eileen devoted her life to nurturing and caring for her family and those around her. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 58 years, "Nick" Nicholson, whose love she cherished deeply.
Eileen leaves behind a legacy of warmth and generosity in her four children, Rose Ann Behson, her husband, Paul Behson Jr, Mary Ann Jones, Thomas Nicholson, Douglas Nicholson, and his wife, Sherrie Nicholson. Her love extended to her grandchildren, Sarah Sweeney, Rebekah Hudgins, Brittany Schawe, Jonathan O’Kelley, and Kelli Nicholson, and her great-grandchildren, Emilia, Landon, and Charles, who brought immense joy to her life.

There was always room for one more at her dinner table, and her home was a haven for anyone in need of comfort and care. Her devotion as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother was matched only by her unwavering faith as a devout Catholic.
