Estelita Chacon

Estelita Bustamante Chacon, 76, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2011, following a long illness. A former beauty queen and real estate broker in Hampton Roads, she was the owner of Home Investment Realty Corporation for most of her professional real-estate career. An avid mahjong player, Lita was born and raised in Cavite City, Philippines and immigrated to the United States with her beloved husband Joaquin E. Chacon, Sr., who preceded her in death on August 20, 2009.

Lita is survived by her children, Trinidad Antolin and husband Rudy, Joaquin B. Chacon Jr. and wife Holly, Rafael Chacon and wife Janet, and Joven Chacon and partner Pete Dubois; five grandchildren, Joaquin III and Dakota Chacon, Michael, Teresa and Alyssa Antolin; special friend Rachael Chadwick as well as other friends and relatives here and in the Philippines.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Norfolk.
