Born on March 31, 1939 to the late Charles G. and Goldie V. (Baughman) Radcliff in West Virginia. She is predeceased by her son, Charles Bruce; daughter, Theresa Pengov; brothers, James (Bud) Radcliff and Charles Radcliff; grandchildren, Gregory and T.C.; and great-granddaughter, Payton.
Freeda lived a life marked by her adventurous spirit and wise counsel. Known for her humorous nature and honest character, Freeda was deeply loved by all who knew her. Her memory will be cherished by many who were fortunate enough to experience her warmth and kindness.
Freeda is survived by her loving children, Sherry Keene and husband, Doug of Ohio, Jack Guthrie and wife, Stefanie of VA, Anthony Guthrie of New Mexico, and Ann Keene of Ohio; sister, Edith Robinson; 17 grandchildren including her special grandson, Jack Anthony Guthrie; and 40 great-grandchildren.
Freeda's legacy of wisdom and humor will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
