Kim was born in Key West, Florida. He was employed as an automotive electrician for Tidewater Auto Electric for twenty-nine years. His passions included motorcycle racing, martial arts and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his parents, Kim and Lynn Parks, a son, Patrick Davenport, a brother, Kevin Parks, a cousin, David Johnson, two grandchildren, Shawn and Eric Williams.
A celebration of Kim’s will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014, 6:30p.m. at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church.
