Left to cherish her memory are her husband of almost 15 years, Nouel; her children, Makayla and Nicholas; her loving mother, Gerri Hooks; and many other relatives. She is predeceased by her father, Dennis R. Hooks.
A funeral service will be held at noon on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Burial will follow at Colonial Grove Memorial Gardens. Friends may pay their respects on Friday, May 6th, at the funeral home beginning at 4:00 pm. A visitation with the family will follow from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
