Virginia Beach – Michael Paul Jefferys, 62, passed away August 13, 2010. He was born October 25, 1947 in West Virginia to the late Lawrence and Lou Jefferys. Mr. Jefferys retired from the US Navy, where he proudly served his country for more than 20 years. In addition to his service, Mr. Jefferys was an avid fisherman. He was a family man who was devoted to his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 40 years, Maria Jose Jefferys; sons, Paul and wife Pamala of MA, Mikie Carlos and wife Jona of FL, and Danny; grandchildren, Chase, Serena, and Jordan; and many beloved friends.
