Phyllis Joyce Barnette

Mrs. Barnette was born in Portsmouth, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents Eddie Jordan and Nellie Jordan; her husband Hartley G. Barnette and a son Hartley G. Barnette, II and her little dog Scooter R. Pooter.

Survivors include her loving son, William Ray Barnette.

Services will be private at a later date.
