Reynaldo was born in San Pablo City, Philippines. He retired after serving 20 years in the Navy as a cook and retired again after another 20 years from his civil service job with the Defense Distribution Depot.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Leticia Flores; son, Aldrich Flores and his wife Karen; daughter, Gidget Marcelo and her husband, Joel; grandchildren: twins Colin and Tyler, Christian, Kaitlin, Brendan, and Sydnee; sister, Emelita Ramos and her husband Edgar and their two children, Ellen and Erwin; sister Lucy; and brothers, Virgilio, Vladimir, and Cecelio Flores.
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Church of the Ascension in Virginia Beach.
