

Robert Milletich, 71, passed away peacefully on Feb. 22, 2013, surrounded by his family. His life began on Sept. 1, 1941 in New York, N.Y. On June 30, 1962, he married the love of his life, Maureen; with whom he recently celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary. Mr. Milletich honorably served his country for 31 years in the United States Navy. Bob, as he was known by family and friends, had a passion for sports and politics. He particularly enjoyed fishing with his two sons off the piers of Rhode Island.
Bob was predeceased by his infant son, Kenneth Russell. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Maureen Milletich; and children, Robert Milletich and wife Deborah, Richard Milletich and wife Karen Sue, Susan Milletich, Michelle Stevenson and husband Ken, and Tracy Berrios and husband Angel. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Robby, Zachary, Sal, Meghan, Bailey, Steven, Adrianna, Brittany, and Zachary. Along with his family, Bob was anticipating the birth of his next grandchild, Gabriella Grace.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff of 4B of Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, Bay Pointe Trasitional Care and Rehab, and Heartland Hospice for their loving care of Mr. Milletich.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, celebrated by Father Cristiano Brito with full military honors to follow. In lieu of flowers the family requests, memorial contributions be made to the Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 10086, Toledo, OH, 43699-0086.
