It saddens me to find out that Dr. O passed away. He was my Physician at Tricare for many years. He had such a passion for his work and compassion towards his patients! There will never be another such as he! Peace be on the hearts of his family, friends and the many lives he touched and healed!

I had the pleasure of meeting "Rudy" in July 1992 when we were both interns at Portsmouth Family Medicine. We worked together for 3 years. From the start Rudy was well liked and respected by all. He always had a smile on his face and was known for his kind spirit. He was always a gentleman and displayed a very hard work ethic. He never complained. He was a fine physician and was an asset to our community. He will be missed by many. God bless him and his family.

I had the privilege to have worked with Dr Orencia for the last 10 years at Tricare. Never in all my years had I seen him in a bad mood. he was always cheerful and worked harder than anyone I have ever known. He will be sorely missed and I pray for his family and extend out my condolences.
