Wayne Lindsey Upton, age 87, of Virginia Beach peacefully passed away on November 6, 2025. He was born on October 26, 1938 in Lynn, Massachusetts. He served his country in the United States Navy for 26 years and retired Chief, E-8 Boiler Tech and 10yrs in Civil Service.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anne (Nancy) Upton, and his brothers, Dick & Bob Upton. He is survived by his brother Tom (wife Dottie) of Twin Falls, New Hampshire.
He is survived by his children, Olivia Guercioni, Nicholas Upton, Michael Upton, Carolyn Haines and Richard Smith, and preceded in death by son, William Upton. He has 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
