

On April 30 we lost our friend, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Alvin Ray Sisco. He was born In Pindall, Arkansas on Dec 20 1931 to Paul and Bessie Sisco where he lived until 1946 when he and his family and moved to the central valley of California. In 1950 he married Edith Bonnie May Sisco and they had 3 children, Donna, Linda and Darrell. He work for the County of Tulare until he reached retirement.
Ray was a cowboy who loved the mountains and spent countless weekends on the ranch on Dry Creek and in Eshom gathering and branding cattle with his best friend DC Linn. He raised many fine horses and German Shepherd dogs. He was also an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved camping, 4wheeling and country music. He lived a long and full life and is loved dearly by his family.
He leaves behind his beautiful wife Bonnie, (daughter) Donna and Ron Malone, (son) Darrell and Vita Sisco, grandchildren Ron Jones, Sarah Parr, Sara Sanchez, Rebecca Esqueda, Pauline Strong and Leo Sisco, great-grandchildren Megan, Dylan, Victoria, Lauren, Payton and Bailey. (sister) Joanna and Dallas Marlett, (brother) Bobby and Evelyn Sisco and brother-in-law Gary Furman, He is preceded in death by his parents Paul and Bessie Sisco, daughter Linda Sisco, brother Rex and Lucille Sisco, and sister Joyce Furman.
He will be missed greatly.
Viewing will be Monday 6th, 4:00 to 7:00pm at Miller Memorial Chapel. Services will be held graveside at Tuesday 7th, 11:00am at Visalia Cemetery.
