Ann Frances (Pendleton) Carter was born in Rhode Island on February 20, 1933 to Billy and Florence (Borden) Pendleton. She passed away in Visalia, California on September 25, 2019.

Her parents, Billy and Florence and her brother, Tom Pendleton, precede Ann in death. Ann leave to cherish her memory her four sisters, Charlotte Almeida, Elaine (Buddy) Couillard, Susie Stelaboin, and Linda Murren; eight children, Perry Malone, Ronnie Malone, Wendy Richardson, Lori Robles, Mike Malone, Robert Malone, Shelley Sandoval and Valarie Seffing; fifteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
