Arleen Rowena Alexander Break

Arleen was born in Tulare, California on May 16, 1948 to loving parents, Gordon and Marjorie (Dorothy) Alexander and was a native of Visalia. She married Richard K. Break in Carson City, Nevada on June 1, 1968 and they made their home in Visalia, CA for 45 years. Arleen worked for Nationwide Wausau Insurance in what is now the government building across from Mooney Grove Park. She has been employed for the last 10 years for Tulare County Health and Human Services Agency Processing Agency in that same building. She loved spending all of the holidays with her family. Arleen ‘s greatest enjoyment in life were her grandchildren and she was their biggest supporter at sporting events.

Arleen is survived by her husband, Richard Break of Visalia; her mother, Dorothy J. Moore of Visalia, CA; her son, Kevin T. Break and wife, Lisa and grandsons, Coby and Chase and granddaughter, Ava, all of Tulare, CA; daughter Staci R. Souza and husband, Shane and grandson Maverick, all of Visalia, CA and Richard’s stepmom, Dorothy L. Break of Visalia, CA.

Memorial services will be held on Friday, August 9, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia. Burial will be private.
