Carmen Garcia Salinas, age 76, of Cutler, California passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2020. Carmen was born July 16, 1944.

A visitation for Carmen will be held Thursday, October 29, 2020 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 West Goshen Ave, Visalia, CA 93291. A graveside service will occur Friday, October 30, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Smith Mountain Cemetery, 42088 Road 100, Dinuba, CA 93618.

Serving as pallbearers are Jose Carmen Salinas, Jesus Mendoza, Alfredo Del Rio, Brandon Del Rio, Timoteo Gonzalez and Alex Rodriguez.
