Cheng Fin Saetern

Cheng Fin Saetern was born on June 15, 1962, in Laos, and passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 63. Cheng was beloved, generous, gentle, kind-hearted, and patient, and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Cheng leave behind her son Kao who will cherish her memory.

An outdoor person at heart, Cheng enjoyed fishing, camping, and hunting—simple joys that brought her peace and happiness and created lasting memories with those who shared those moments with her.

Cheng was very much involved with the Visalia Iu-Mien Church, where her presence, care, and steady devotion meant a great deal to many. Her smile and her kindness will stayed with us forever.

There will be a viewing for Cheng on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 West Goshen Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291, followed with a Celebration of Life at 11:00 am.

An Inurnment will be held on Monday, March 9. 2026 at 1:00 pm at Visalia Public Cemetery District 1300 West Goshen Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291.

Gone yet not forgotten, although we are apart, your spirit lives within us, forever in our hearts.
