Christa Dawn Minkler

Christa was born in Woodland, California to Richard and Sonya Mahorney. At the age of 16 months she moved to Goshen California. In January 2000 she married Jonathan Minkler and to this union they had 4 children. After this marriage dissolved, she met William Louis Bell, she said, ‘The Love of My Life”. She and Louie were together in Porterville until her home going. Christa had, for those who knew her, a very troubled life. But in the last year she had made right choices and gave herself to the Lord. She was finally finding peace for herself. She is survived by her Mother Sonya Cope of Strathmore, CA; Brother Tim Cope of Goshen; Sister Ashley Howerton of Terra Bella; Her 4 Children Casidee, Jonathan, Miracle, and Jessica; Fiancé Louie Bell of Porterville, CA; Grandparents Rev.Emzy & Nina Cope of Goshen, CA; Grandmother Bonnie Mahorney of Roseville, CA; and Aunts, Uncles, Nieces & Nephews, and Many Friends. A celebration of her life will be held @ Goshen Church of God (6416 Ave. 308) on Saturday Sept.29th, 2012 @ 2pm.
