I always see you Helping elders without question asked or anything in return. We rarely  talk as much but I know you are a nice person. "Dameian Gulley"…when I hear his name millions of great things come to my mind. He was athletic, there wasn't a sport he wasn't good at. I rember in 6th grade we would run to the fence and back…Dameian was always the first one back. Me an Dameian talked the most in elementry, he had very little to say, just how he loved his new sybling. He enjoyed soccer the most, every day at recess you could catch him out on the field playing soccer. I don't have much to say, I wish I did but I only know what I observed every now an then when I seen Dameian around school. It hurts that I did'nt get to know him as good as I wish I did, but one day we'll meet again an all my regrets will go away…R.I.P Dameian Luke Gulley ? I love you, your our angel.

I remember meeting Dameian several years ago while working with Andrea in Tulare. He was a young, shy, cute little blond hair boy. Quiet but friendly. When I heard the news about Dameian it just absolutely broke my heart....the stories I've read about him are amazing. That shy little boy grew into an amazing young man. The work he did with elders at Tulare Nursing is just absolutely heart warming, he brought such joy to so many people there. Andrea, I can imagine how proud you must've been of him. I'm sure he is watching down over you and his brother and sister now and is awaiting the day you are all reunited. May God Bless you all and bring you strength, courage and peace.

I have not had the pleasure to know dameian as a grown child but I was very blessed to be there for his entrance into this world. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family Andrea.

I have so many good memories of Luke. But for some reason the one that sticks in my head the most is the last time i saw him. He was around 10 years old, it was Halloween and my sister and mom had decided to see if him and Andrea lived in the same house we had known in Farmersville. We drove over there and he was standing in the front yard, I barely recognized him, he was so tall and skinny, dressed in his cowboy pants and boots. I'll just never forget it. The little boy I new that went camping and to the beach and had so much fun with was this tall skinny young boy. Although I didn't see him turn into the grate young man I have Hurd so many wonderful stories about, I'll never forget any of the fun we had when we were younger!! I know he was an outstanding young man ? your well missed luke?

I remember how unsure & nervous you were when you first started volunteering at the nursing home & didn't like the smells. But I also remember watching you as you began to blossom & got comfortable there & were willing to help in any way you were allowed. I remember you playing bean bag toss, checkers, poker, doing crafts, calling out BINGO. The elders always asked if you were going to be there on BINGO days because you called the numbers out nice & loud & clear for them. Also remember you going room to room painting finger nails & seeing you watering plants in the hallways & decorating with Paulina. I remember how hard you worked to talk me into bringing the facility dog Rose home as many nights as you could. She was such a sweet dog. I also remember the dog we got when you were 2 yrs old, Luann. She thought she was also your Mom and would watch you so close & told me when you tried to climb the wood pile. She would get so mad at me if I was getting onto you about something & I would have to put her outside. One time when you were a baby you puked up strawberries inside of Grandpa's guitar. he had to pull all the strings off to clean it up. Another time you puked up baby formula on the remote control and it got down inside the buttons. Grandpa tried to dry it out with a hairdryer & then had to take it to the handy neighbors across the street to fix it, but didn't tell them it was puke! I remember you sitting in the living room in only a diaper playing with Grandpa's guitar, fishing pole, & wearing his brown boots that came all the way up to your diaper at your hips. You also like to sit on the back patio in a diaper eating Grandma's tomatoes & rolling them in the dirt & eating them, and also playing with the cold water hose out there naked. You were so silly. I will miss your carefree ways, your tenderness, your smile, the way you wiggled your ears. I will miss you telling me goodnight each and every night and giving me a hug and a kiss. I really miss your hugs and our talks. You were always so easy to talk to. I'm so sorry things ended this way my lovebug. You will forever be in my heart and we will meet again in heaven one day and I will look forward to your great big hug! Love you my Son! Love Always, Mommy

I remember taking you and your best friend Jesus out to get matching shirts so you could look like twins, and then we went to Plaza Park & took pictures while you two played. I remember having Easter at Aunt Nettie's house & you and Jesus were wearing hot pink straw hats & being goofy. You were always being goofy and doing anything to cheer someone up or make them smile. I remember when you had the biggest crush on Emily Rodriguez. It was so cute! I remember the many times baking cupcakes for your class late at night because you always waited until the last minute to tell me about a big class party. So I would stay up late just so you wouldn't be disappointed. You always wanted to be naked when you were little. Soon as we got home you would strip down. One time right after you stripped down you heard the ice cream truck. You seen a dollar on the hutch by the front door, grabbed it and took off outside in your diaper. I seen you run out and grabbed your shirt and was running after you. At first the ice cream man didn't see you, he just seen this crazy woman running towards him with a shirt. He was parked across the street. He looked down and seen you standing there in your diaper with a dollar and just busted out laughing! I remember how you could always cheer me up & gave the best of hugs, you would listen & make whatever was worrying me seem like it was ok, like everything would be ok. Your carefree heart & ability to love & trust everybody regardless of their age or race or whatever was one of your best qualities that so many people in this world lack. Your presence on this earth was truly a gift from above. I remember going camping & you would get so dirty playing & collecting rocks & flowers for me to bring home. I remember baking cookies for you and your friends while you played video games because at that time you were at that "too cool to play with Mom" phase. But I understood its all part of growing up so I baked cookies to be involved somehow. I remember how proud you were to be a Big Brother! How you would sit and talk to Rosie and make funny faces, tickle her feet, wiggle your cute little ears, just to see her smile and look at you. You would talk to her about all sorts of things even though you knew she didn't understand yet. I remember you using your fingers to try to make her mouth look like it was smiling & trying to teach her to smile! I remember how you always helped me with Rosie & Jr when we were out somewhere and how much they loved holding your hand and being carried by you. They miss their Big Brother Luke dearly and look forward to seeing you one day in Heaven. Love Always, Mommy, Rosie, and Jr.

I remember the time we went to Pismo Beach and I bought you that shark tooth necklace, you were so proud of it and wore it all the time, took it to school to show it off to all the kids. I also remember the time when you were going to Raggedy Ann & Andy Preschool & came up with the idea that Teacher Marsha & all other pregnant women had become pregnant by eating jelly beans and that the jelly beans got stuck together & turned into a baby! I remember your first step. You had pulled yourself up to a standing position on the legs of a chair in the kitchen & Grandma was mopping the floor, I grabbed the camera to take a picture because it was so cute that you were standing and just as I went to snap the picture, you took your very first step and I actually got a picture of it. I remember your "cowboy" phase when you first started school you would wear cowboy clothes from head to toe including wrangler jeans and your black & red cowboy boots. I also remember when you were all into Batman, and Thomas The Train, Spiderman, John Deere, and your Red & Black phase. One of the most memorable was the SpongeBob Squarepants phase. Grandma, Grandpa, and I all had the theme song memorized and had seen all the episodes. I remember when you were still in diapers, Grandma and I were painting Cousin Jesse's room after he moved out, & you got into the paint can & dumped the whole thing over and you were so happy sitting in it! Grandma & I picked you up & put you into an open empty ice chest & pushed you in it across the hall to the bathroom to get you cleaned up. Grandma & I so wanted to grab a camera but we were afraid you might eat the paint & get sick. I also remember how on the day you were born you had an exact line down your whole body, half of you was pink & the other half was yellow from jaundice. You also had 3 different colors to your hair, it was blonde in the front, then brown, and the last inch by your neck was red hair. We figured you couldn't make up your mind! I have so many fond memories of you my dear Luke, I swear I could write a whole book! I wish we could have made even more memories together. Love Always, Mommy. i remember when Dameian and his mom and i would go and play at the park and he wanted me to teach him to dance like Michael Jackson also that he wanted to be like me also play video games, and watch movies when i baby sitting him. he is a wonderful child and always vary helpfully and very health conscious especially when it came to my smoking he would always get on to me for smoking. He will be greatly missed, but always love and never forgotten.

My son use to play marbles with him in Valley Oak and was in his classes. He says he was an awsome friend and misses him a lot.  May God have you in his arms....

Our beloved nephew Luke - he will be missed greatly by his family and friends. Our hearts ache for the future that was stolen from him. We will miss you terribly and we pray that you are at peace in the comforting arms of your Grandfather Jerry.  Rest in peace precious Luke. Uncle Herb and Aunt Nettie

Him And My Daughter Were Friends  Since Elementary School.My Daughter Always Had Nothing But Nice Things To Say About Him. I had The Pleasure Of Meeting Him Once..He Shook My Hand And Said Nice To Meet You Mam. He was The Sweetest Little Boy Ever. God Bless And You Will Be Missed

Dameian the love you gave to your mom, your baby sister and brother, the love you gave your Grandma Gerri and Grandpa John, your Grandpa Jerry and Granny, your aunts and uncles, cousins and friends will be what keeps us all going.  Knowing you are in Heaven is the peace to help us here, we will miss you but will see you again one day.

Dameian, We will miss seeing you when you visit Los Osos. Daniel, Jeffery, Jeff and I are very sad. We are thankful to have many fun memories with you though. The best time was when we all went to the pumpkin patch last month. We will miss you very much.

I'm just sick to hear about your precious Luke. I met him one day while visiting my Mother, Mary Pinheiro at Tulare Nursing. Luke was so friendly and kind and I introduced him to my grandson who was with me that day, they both loved soccer and comuuter games and spoke the same language regarding the games.
