Eleanor was born in Kauai, Hawaii on March 16, 1925 to Frank and Alexandrinha Hirota.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 3 - 7 p.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia, California. Following visitation cremation services will follow. Eleanor will be laid to rest at the National Memorial Cemetery, 2177 Puowaina Drive in Honolulu, Hawaii with her husband, John Rezin Stein.
