Ileane Zielinski Quintana

Ileane Quintana went to meet the Lord at the age of 63. She was born on November 19, 1959 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to Dewey E. Taylor Jr. and Velma L. Long. Ileane passed on November 8, 2022 in Visalia, California. She was a member of the Baptist Church, baptized at early age in the New Home Missionary Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio. She attended Kent State University in Ohio from 1977 to 1979, she also attended and graduated from the nursing program at College of the Sequoias. Ileane married the love of her life, Raul Quintana on October 19, 1984. She enjoy traveling, dancing and reading. Ileane was a loving person who enjoyed people; she was always a helping hand to anyone who needed her.

Ileane is preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Mary C. Long; her grandfather, Dewey E. Taylor Sr.; her aunts, Gracie Long, Earlene Ryans, and Leila May Long; her uncle, Douglass Taylor; her sisters, Betty Taylor, LaBirtha Johnson, and her brother, LaSanders Long and her granddaughter, Alena Quintana.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Velma Williams of Ohio, step mother, Betty Taylor of California; her sons, Rashune Long & Raul Quintana (Miriam) in California;

her grandchildren, Nuasaei, Khaleiah, Quiyahn, Rashune, Christina, Cherish & Ezra Long

and Kionna, Makhi, and Marcus; her brothers: Michael, Byron Taylor of California, Douglass Taylor, and Darrel Wayne Long of Arizona; her sisters: Patricia Allen of Ohio and Licia Philips (Marvin) of California; her aunts and uncles, Merley Ryan, Roberta Bracey, Eula Ward, Mary Dickerson, Betty Long, Gwen Brown, Dorthy Jackson and only uncle Percy Long and many nieces and nephews throughout Ohio and California.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Miller Memorial Chapel 1120 West Goshen Avenue, Visalia, CA on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 3:00 pm.
