Irma s. Cisneros was born on November 6, 1949. Loved by many, Irma was actively involved in Mariachi Folklorico Legacy Foundation, Guadalupana Society, Questers Historical Society and state International E Employee Union.
Irma heavily impacted the Mexican culture and was trying to help provide visas for professional Maroacjo groups so that they come to the United States to help share a pieces of the culture. Despite her disease, Irma overcame her physical limitations to help others. Through her kindness and generosity, she touched all of our lives with her beautiful soul.
She is survived by her husband, George Cisneros, her daughter Isabel, son Gabriel, and her granddaughters, Anyssa, Treniece, Teresa a, Arianna and Sophia and her great granddaughter Mila.
May she rest in peace and we will always remember her.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 10, 2019 from 4 - 8 p.m. with Rosary following at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia, CA. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St., Mary's Catholic Church, 608 North Church St., Visalia, CA. Burial will follow at the Visalia Public Cemetery District. 1300 W. Goshen Avenue, Visalia, CA.
