She was a 1971 Redwood High school graduate, attended College of the Sequoias, and an employee at the Visalia Unified School District/ Language Assessment Center for 38 years.
Her most favorite job of all was being a mom, a Nana, a daughter to her 96 year old mom, a Tia to all her nieces and nephews, and loving on all her Birdland kids.
She loved cooking, collecting pigs, hosting parties, and making Sunday breakfast at her home. She enjoyed watching sports, especially when her teams played- SF Giants & 49ers! She was most excited when she got to see them live! She often enjoyed her yearly bus trips to Laughlin and local casino runs. “Cha-Ching!” She’d say.
She received the honor of “The Best Nana and Mom Ever”. Her beautiful, loving, giving, and happy soul will never be forgotten!
Jennie is survived by her mom Jennie, her siblings, and her children; Anna (Kevin), Manuel (Leah), Harvey (Ruby), Sam, and Victoria (Richard).
Her grandchildren; Kaitlyn, Emily, Dadrien, Xavier, Gabriel, Olivia, Jade, Manuel, Claire, Kianna, Rashel, Kay, RG, Ian, Ava, and one great grandson Nathaniel.
