Jerome was born on November 29th, 1950, at St. Agnes Hospital, Fresno California. He graduated from Mt. Whitney High School in 1969. He then studied abroad in England at Ashdown Park before he finished his bachelor’s at San Diego State University. After working for 15 years at Designer Fabrics in Fresno, he went back to school and got his teaching credential at California State University Fresno.
He retired in 2020 as a teacher from Tulare Adult School and enjoyed watching Visalia Oaks baseball games, reading and playing board games with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda Jean Roullard, his sons, James Harold Andrew Roullard and Geoffrey Charles Paul Roullard and his brothers Fred Pete Roullard III and John Christopher Roullard. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Pauline Roullard and father, Fred Pete Roullard Jr.
Funeral services will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, 3830 W Tulare Ave, Visalia CA at 11am on Friday, August 23, 2024. Memorial gifts may be made to Christ Kids Preschool.
