John Aguilar

John “Tex” Aguilar was born on June 3, 1963, in Chicago, Illinois, to Ramon and Concepcion Aguilar. He was raised in Raymondville, Texas, where he spent his early years before making his way to California in 1982.

John was a hardworking and dependable man who took great pride in his work. A talented handyman, he was known for being able to fix just about anything and for always being willing to lend a helping hand. Over the years, John became well known and respected throughout Visalia, California, where his hard work, generosity, and familiar presence touched the lives of many.

John is survived by his beloved domestic partner of 12 years, Maria Hernandez, who shared many cherished years and memories by his side.

John will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his helpful nature, and the lasting impression he made on the people who knew him. He will be deeply missed by Maria, his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
