The thread that runs thoughout the Guest Book comments is the true goodness and kindness of John.  He didn't know a stranger.  So sorry for your personal loss, Norma Kay.

Nearly twenty years ago I started doing TV Shows with Johnny B.  We did racing shows, Chamber shows, and City Shows.  A lot of the times Johnny would drive me crazy because he would never really follow my directions, but he was always so nice and so friendly I quickly forgave him, and in the end we produced shows that people liked.  Since then Ive run into Johnny dozens of times, I even bought a car from him, and every time he was that same guy, friendly, talkative, and just plain nice.  Every time I've ever seen Johnny out in the community he was surrounded by friends and people who just enjoyed his company.  I know he's been through so much over the years, and I thought he'd just keep surviving as he always had, so when I saw the obituary I was stunned.  This community has lost a great man and I'll really miss him.

Johnny B. was an icon in Visalia/Tulare.  He always said hi, no matter if he knew who you were or not.  I thought he was invincible as John Wayne.  RIP Tulare County legend.

Johnny B was a kind man, a good man. This was an individual who always put service above self - and who would do anything for a friend. I let myself drift away...life got in the way...and I never got to say goodbye. So long my friend.

Johnny B was a major part of the Relay For Life of Visalia and will be truly missed by all. Beyond that he was a wonderful friend who I will miss having lunch with.

I am so sorry about the loss of Johnny.  He was a wonderful person and I  am so glad that he was a part of my life. I will always miss the hugs and kisses he gave whenever we ran into each other. Such an honorable man who cared so very much for his family , friends and pretty much everyone.   Love and prayers to you!!
