Leonard Lenny Lewis Flores

Leonard (Lenny) Lewis Flores, a beloved father and grandfather, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior Sunday, April 15th 2012. Lenny was born July 29th 1955 in Visalia, California to Angel and Alberta Flores. Lenny grew up here in Visalia attended local schools, and graduated from Redwood High School. Lenny married Dianna Gunn on October 13th 1986 and spent 25 years together, keeping a great life long relationship. Lenny was a hard worker and found an interest in landscaping. He was a Landscaper for over 25 years taking good care of his family. Lenny was an amazing soul, truly unique in many eyes. He had a personality that would spark up a room, and a spontaneous outlook on life that made everyday a fun and memorable one. He cherished the moments he spent hanging out with his two daughters, and playing with his grandson. Lenny loved to surround himself with family and friends: having bonfires, listening to music and reminiscing on the fun times in the past. He was a talented drummer and faithful New Orleans Saints fan. He enjoyed watching Nascar and Drag Racing and collecting Hot Wheels. Lenny is preceded in death by his mother Alberta Flores. He is survived by his oldest daughter Ambrea Flores and his grandson Gavin Michael Thomas-Flores, his youngest daughter Cara Flores-Hix and her husband Christian, his brother Ronnie Flores, his sister Margaret Beaza, his sister Mary Lou Pedregon, his father Angel Flores all of Visalia and several nieces, nephews and friends. Lenny’s Memorial Service will be held at Miller Memorial Chapel on Thursday, April 26th at 10am. Please join us on this day to celebrate the impact Leonard has made on all our lives.
