Another memory I thought I would share is a prime example of how much grandma loved her daughters and supported them 100%. My Aunt Linda πŸ’— was her hairdresser. πŸ’‡β€β™€οΈ She went to the dentist 🦷 my Mom πŸ’—worked for many years ago. And she always drove all the way across town to shop at Vons πŸ›’ to see my Aunt Karen. πŸ’—

Sandy was always so special to me. I always thought of her as a second mom. Growing up with Linda from 1st grade, I would spend as much time at her house as I could, Sandy never got mad at us, even when we deserved it !!!
Life separated us for many years, so blessed to have reconnected us the last 25 years. Lots of great memories.
And yes Sandy "I am staying out of trouble" β™‘

And I’ll be there for my Aunts if they ever need me too. Your daughters loved you so much and I know they meant the world to you. They love and miss you so much. We all do. Until we meet again. My dearest grandma. You were always so loving and kind. I remember as a child all the sleepovers at your house. We would always bake cookies, and there was always a trip to Kmart to get a new outfit and some popcorn and an icee. How could I ever forget the trips we went on in the motor home. Our yearly trip to R-Ranch, floating down the river, all the good dinners you always cooked. Our trip back east and all the landmarks we got to see with you and grandpa. I will forever hold those memories close to my heart. Your smile would light up the entire room and your laugh was contagious. You always made me smile and laugh right up until your last days here. I am so glad I got to spend all the time I did with you. You were always so happy to see us and were always so thankful for dinner or breakfast ( or all the sweets I gave you that I would get yelled at for 🀣). But it was so worth it to see you smile. I loved taking you on car rides and hearing all your stories. You loved the little things in life which are the most important. You loved your family more than anything. I’m at peace knowing your up there surrounded by your loving family and the love of your life Grandpa. I miss you so much already. I know I have another Angel in heaven watching over me. Until we meet again, I love you grandma. See you later 😘

My beautiful Grandma πŸ’– I've always admired you and wish I was more like you. You were always there for when anyone in the family needed anything, you never judged me, you always held out your arms to hug and love me. I'm sorry to see you go but glad to see you free. You finally made it over the mountain , now you can finally rest with Grandpa the love of your life. I love you so much and I will miss you, but I will always carry you in my ❀️ heart. Love always your Granddaughter Angela Russell πŸ’•
