Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Margarita; brothers, Ricardo Mora and Santos Valentin Castro, Jr.
Irene is survived by her two children, Ricky Mora Castro and Margaret Castro; daughter in law, Venessa Castro of Visalia; three Grandchildren, Roxanne Virginia Kelly Castro, Levi Valentin Gaytan Castro, and Persaeus Irene Gaytan Castro; a sister, Virginia Mora Martinez of Dinuba and half-sister, Maria Mora Arroyo of Wilmington, California; a niece Monica Barbara Miramontes Calvo and a nephew, Frank Miramontes, Jr.
Irene was a homemaker, her hobbies included sewing, making clothes, cooking, baking, nail art, hair stylist, making jewelry, collecting antiques, but most of all spoiling her children and grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family and liked getting together with her friends and cousins to socialize.
Irene was a great Mom, sister, aunt, mother-in-law, awesome Grandma and our best friend.
Irene will be deeply missed by her family and many friends. Irene Sunrise July 4,1953 to Sunset April 22, 2025.
