Migdalia is survived by father Pedro Rincon and mother Eusebia Rincon; brother Ernesto Rincon, brother Hernan Rincon, sister Lorena Rincon and sister Erika Rincon.
Migdalia was preceded in death by brother Erick Rincon.
A mass of christian burial for Migdalia will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 9:00 AM at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 1908 North Court Street, Visalia, CA 93291. Following the mass of christian burial will be an interment at 10:30 AM at Visalia Public Cemetery District, 1300 West Goshen Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291.
