Nellie Ann Valdez

Nellie was born in Delano, CA and moved to Tulare, CA as a small child where she was raised and educated, attending YSB. She always enjoyed family functions and listening to music. Nellie gave herself to the Lord which changed her life as well as for her children and family. She was a loving mother and an awesome grandmother. Nellie will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish her memory, six children, Danuel Ramirez, Sr., Freda Renee Nachor-Ponce (Gabriel), Breanna Cervantes (Robert), Joseph Valdez (Veronica) and Bennie Valdez (Sabrina), all of Visalia, CA and Amber Cervantes of Exeter, CA; her God-daughter, Alize Meraz of Tulare, CA; her father, Jose Ojeda of Sinaloa, MX; her mother, Lydia Ojeda of Visalia, CA; one brother, Joseph Ojeda of Visalia; two sisters, Mary Saldana and Patsy Valdez, both of Visalia, CA; 24 very precious grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 4 – 7 p.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Ave. in Visalia. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel.
