Norman Dale Rollins

Norm Rollins age 83 passed away June 4, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Tipton, OK on September 9, 1938. Parents Bonnie at Melvena Rollins, Brothers Winford and Ron, all deceased.

Norm came to California at an early age, where he attended and graduated from Lindsay High in 1956. Later joined the Air force and married his high school sweetheart, Marcella (Marcie) Rollins that lasted over 64 years. They had two Daughters, Carrie Koster and Connie Thurman.

Daughter, Carrie husband (Craig) Koster of Bakersfield, California, their son, Jon wife (Bree), two children, Gavin and Garrett of Los Angeles, California, their, son Jeff wife (Jacki), two children Cheyanne and Mckinsey of Bakersfield.

Daughter, Connie Thurman late husband (Tim) Thurman, their daughter Sarah (Chris) of Visalia, California and Sarah’s gave Norm three great-grandchildren, Rheanna, Landen, Trixie of Visalia, California and two great great-grandchildren, Jupiter and Rigel of Visalia, California.

Norm love walks with our dog Tink who enjoyed her long walks with Norm every day on his little red scooter. Norm was Real Estate Broker in Petaluma, California for years. In 1974, he moved his family to Visalia, California to become a contractor and owner of Rollins Construction. He worked with many insurance companies repairing homes and businesses. When he retired, he enjoyed many cross country trips and local RV trips and the search for great food and fine wine.

Norman Rollins will forever be in our hearts.

A Memorial Service will be held at his home on September 24, 2022 at 1-3 PM family and friends are welcomed.
