Dr. Franklin was our family doctor from the time we moved to Visalia in  January of 1976, We have to many great memories to share, we’ll  just say, he was a great man. He really cared about each and every patient. R.I.P. 

  The Turner’s:  Dewey, Raymona, Nathan and Tim. 

I fondly remember Dr Franklin, as a young woman I worked at the answering service that answered his after hours phone calls.  I never met him face to face but I still remember the kindness in his voice & his sense of humor.  He was a kind soul.  

We remember Omar as a gentleman who loved Jesus and people!  Always willing to help - even coming to our house when we so desparately needed him!  God bless you Ann and family!

Dear Ann and Family,
Omar was always a light among the doctors and ever gracious in his patient care and interactions with me in the hospital.  May God be with you in this hour of sorrow which is only temporary in His eyes.

We will always remember Dr. Franklin as the one that helped us get ready for the mission field with shots and some very precious medical advice 22yrs. ago. There were a few times we had to call him for some medical advice from the field and he was always happy to answer our questions. We are still serving on the field and we still recall his medical advices.
