I searched Ray Swaffar today on Facebook - trying to find my old Navy friend.  I was shocked and saddened to learn of his early passing.  He has always held a special place in my heart.  I remember when he made Chief!  He helped me through some rough times and even though the Navy took us to different ends of the earth, I will never forget him.

I want to say how sad I was to hear about Ray.  I will forever remember him.  God Bless Everyone.  His Sister in-law Barbara Boggs Swaffar.

Crystal, Alicia and Family, 
I just want to express my sympathy for the loss of your father. He definatley was one of a kind. I dont think I will ever forget when he took us to sizzler, Or when he picked us up in his corvette convertible and took us to wet-n-wild, and then we drove down the strip. Those were some memorable times, with lots of laughter.  
I pray during this time God will give you peace and fill you with his love.
