Born in Tulare, California on July 11, 1962, to Amado and Eusebia Juarez. She is survived by her son Isaac Moses Juarez Garcia and her husband David Garcia. Also survived by her two Brothers David and Patricio Juarez and one sister Eusevia Carrasco. Preceded in death by her parents Amado and Eusebia, her sisters Maryjane, Virgina, Anita, Racheal, and her brothers Frank and Praxy. A hardworking woman all her life. Ruth worked at Kaweah Delta in Visalia for 40 years. She loved all her nieces and nephews and had a special relationship with each one. She kept in touch sending special texts, prayer sayings, and pictures that she sent daily. Her son was the light of her life, her sunshine. Ruth had a truly kind heart and had lots of friends who she loved dearly. She will be missed by all who have known her.
