Sadie Mae Kilgore Williams

Sadie Mae Williams, 80, of Visalia, California passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 in Visalia, California of Congestive Heart Failure and Kidney Disease. Said was born in Shavie, Alabama on November 18, 1935 to Ethel Martin and Alton Kilgore.

Sadie was raised in Visalia, California and attended Visalia schools. She met and married Edward Williams, Jr. on July 6, 1958. They lived in Exeter, California and moved to Visalia in 1966. Sadie was employed at Stanley Bostitch for 34 years before retiring in1995.

Sadie was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Edward Williams on July 28, 2011 and her mother, Ethel Moore on January 4, 2014, 3 brothers, Van Kilgore, Clifford Kilgore and Alton Kilgore, Jr., and father Alton Kilgore.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Teresa Williams (Robert Beckett) of Visalia, CA and Tyna Vass (Denny Vass) of Georgia; her sister, Reni Rains (Dee Rains); niece, Stacey Beachy; great nephew, Brandon Beachy of Visalia; niece, Dina Iden of San Juan Bautista; her grandson, Michael Barrett (Suzanne Barrett) of Georgia, four great grandchildren, Madison, Victoria, Jenna and Gavin; great great grandson, Uriah and numerous other nieces, nephews and cousins.

They family would like to thank the ICU unit of Kaweah Delta Medical Center and the Stevens Family for their care this past year.
