Sylvia Dean

Sylvia Dean, a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on July 5, 2023 with her daughters and granddaughter by her side. Sylvia faithfully served the Lord for over 80 years. One of her favorite verses was Philippians 4:13

"I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me". Sylvia's greatest joys were going to church, spending time with family and gardening. She is known for her great love of flowers and her beautiful gardens. Sylvia was a loving homemaker who will forever be remembered in the hearts of her children and grandchildren. Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years Donald F. Dean, mother Flora Martin, father Charles Mayberry, brother Richard Mayberry, her identical twin Shirley Nuner, and younger sisters Venia Ragan and Sue Mayberry. Sylvia is survived by her son and daughter in law Donald and Brenda Dean, daughter and son in law Barbara and David Jensen, daughter and son in law Patsy and Jon Tormohlen, 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
