Sylvia Bernice (Watkins) Rouse

Story: Sylvia Bernice Watkins was born in Reedley CA. 20 Nov.th 1969 to David and Lilian Watkins (McDonald) in Nov 1969.David worked as a recycler, and sometimes as a gardener. Lillian worked as a fruit packer, caregiver at a nursing home, then also at the local bowling alley. Sylvia graduated from Reedley High School and went to complete a certificate from Reedley College as an office assistant. She met Michael Rouse in July of 2000 and were married in Dec. 2002. Sylvia then went on to become a Motorcoach Operator and found the career that she loved doing, driving charter buses for a local charter bus company. She is survived by her husband Michael, 4 children: Michael, Ashley, John, and David, and 8 Grandchildren: Cadence, Mason, Lennon, Joey, Savannah, Elana, Michael, and Ella. David Watkins and Lillian McDonald both preceded Sylvia in death.

Sylvia was an honest, outgoing, compassionate person who loved spending time with Family and Friends above all else, also a dedicated, and hard worker, and a most beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She will be greatly missed, and the world is a lesser place, because her beautiful spirit has departed this realm to a better place.
