Theresa Huerta Lujan was born on August 10, 1945, in Artesia, New Mexico. She moved to Visalia, California, in the early 1960s, where she built a life centered on love, family, and service to others.
Theresa shared 56 years of marriage with her beloved late husband, Victor Lujan Sr. Together, they built a family and a lifetime of cherished memories. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, leaving behind three children and five grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.
Theresa dedicated 37 years of service to Tulare County as a teacher’s aide. Through her work, she played a meaningful role in the lives of the children she supported and the families she served. Her caring nature and commitment to others reflected the kindness and compassion she carried throughout her life.
After retiring, Theresa enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new places. One of her favorite pleasures was discovering new eateries and trying new foods and experiences. She embraced life’s simple joys and found happiness in creating memories with the people she loved.
Theresa will be remembered as a generous, caring, forgiving, and loving woman. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother whose warmth, compassion, and love touched the lives of everyone around her. Her family will forever cherish the memories they shared with her, the lessons she taught through her example, and the love she gave so freely.
Though she will be deeply missed, Theresa’s legacy will live on through her children, grandchildren, and all those who were fortunate enough to know and love her. Her life was a gift to her family, and her memory will remain in their hearts forever.
Forever loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
