Rudy was born in Exeter, California. He was preceded in death by his mother Georgia Turner, his father Hubert Smith, his sister Mary Scott and brother Douglas Smith.
Rudy leaves three sons John B. Smith, wife Cora, Tim Wickersham, wife Donna and Shawn Smith. He also leaves tow step-sons. He has 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He leaves many nieces and nephews whom he loved.
Travis was retired and loved to play golf with his best friend Larry Kerns. He loved gardening and fishing. Travis was getting ready to move to Colorado to be with his family when he got sick.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Calvary Worship Center, 3890 S. Lovers Lane, Visalia.
