Willie Cozette Rookard, 90, of Visalia, California passed away on Friday, August 11, 2015 in Visalia, California surrounded by her loving family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 2:30 pm to 4 pm with memorial services beginning at 4 p.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia, California.
