Yue "Randy" Chen was born in China on February 2, 1959. He obtained his first masters degree in China, and second masters degree in New York. Randy enjoyed life with his wife Paula where they shared many memorable moments. One of those moments was their wedding at McCovey Cove in San Francisco,
California. They were also able to travel to Washington D.C. for the Presidential Inauguration Parade of 2013. While in Washington D.C. they visited the many famous landmarks of our country.
Randy was strong in his fight against cancer, he did not quit, he fought it until the end. Even when it was difficult he never gave up hope. In the end, Randy eventually did lose his battle with cancer with his wife at his side. During his illness Randy had come to know Jesus Christ and accepted Him as his Lord and Savior. He believed in the Love of Christ and it brought him comfort knowing that he was a follower of Jesus Christ.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 10 years, Paula A. Scroggins-Chen; and many extended family members.
